Stall Applications Close on February 1

Thank you to all the stallholders who have booked for our Festival this year! We are looking forward to welcoming you on March 5th. If you haven’t applied yet don’t delay – go to the stall booking page for a link to the application form.

Stall applications
We still have room for a few more stalls, but the site is filling up fast. We will close the applications on February 1st, so if you want to be at Newtown Festival 2023 get your application in as soon as you can. In fact our food stall precincts might be full before the 1st February so apply now if you want to come!

We won’t take the application form offline immediately after February 1st but applications received after that will be on a waiting list. There are always some late changes so you might get lucky, but best not to risk it.

Stall payments
Applying for a stall is only part of the story – paying for it is important too!  We only confirm stall sites for people who have paid. You won’t get an invoice as soon as you book, we will check your application and decide whether to accept it – when you get the invoice it will mean that you are accepted subject to payment.
