The Newtown Festival Street Fair

Stall Bookings

Newtown’s local restaurants & shops become a street market 10am till 4pm joined by over 200 other stall holders & community groups selling an enormous range of goods.

Stall sites fill both sides of central Riddiford St, Constable Street, the adjoining side streets as well as into Newtown School grounds.

Community information stalls pay only a token fee for a stall site.

Set up is from 7am with all vehicles off site by 9am. Pack down is as soon after 4pm as crowd numbers safely allow. Offsite carparking is available for stallholders.

For stall space at the Newtown Street Fair please complete the Online Stall Booking Form. or print out the Stall Booking Form and send together with your booking fee to the Newtown Festival.

The online system will email back confirming your order - sending you a GST invoice. It is quickest & easiest for your booking (and for our volunteers) if you apply for your stall on line.
