MR MEATY BOY (Ngāti Porou, Ngāpuhi) is a DJ and multi-disciplinary artist based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara . Their debut show was Fostercare’s eMotionz series at Christchurch’s infamous darkroom in 2019. Since then they have played shows with Club Unique, Nympho, THIRD PARTY, Insession and HAVEN. They run a club night initiative with other Ōtautahi artists called WAY.PNT – endeavouring to connect underground scenes with a community first approach. MR MEATY BOY is known for genre jumping sets that push music exploration and spirit of dance and rave culture.
